As a Sample Coordinator at KEEN Footwear, I served as the primary liaison between internal teams and global sourcing partners to manage all sample requests. I collaborated technically with designers, developers, and PLMs to communicate construction methods and manufacturing solutions, while simultaneously developing and implementing standardized tracking tools to align with the product calendar. Beyond operations, I prioritized sustainability by reporting on methods to reduce sample orders and eliminate waste throughout the development process.
